In today’s rapidly changing business reality, companies are forced to respond flexibly to the individualized needs of their markets and customers in order to be successful. This adaptation means, in practice, continuous development, which can take very different forms. The most obvious is the implementation of a new investment, but also - and this scenario is increasingly chosen by companies - organic growth or reinvestment in the existing or new location. However, development may also mean a partial or complete change of the current business model through transformation and optimization, but also outsourcing of some non-core processes.
Companies have no doubt that development is a strategic success factor, but they often have a hard time choosing the optimal solution for themselves. Hence the initiative to create the Development Academy, whose members representing the following companies: JLL, MSL, PM Group, Crowe and 4Synchronicity, together with Invest in Pomerania and the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone, are willing to share their experiences and ideas with you, trying to answer the question: How to effectively support sustainable growth of your business?
